AUD's Summer Programs offer the opportunity to gain teaching experience instructing and assisting in studio classes. Each program is directed by AUD's Julia Koerner, and each program is aimed at immersing participants in the rigors and joys of studying architecture, with TeenArch open to high school students, and JumpStart geared for prospective and current undergraduate and graduate students, as well as early-/mid-career professionals.

All current undergraduate, MArch, MSAUD, and MA/PhD students at AUD, as well as graduates of AUD and other schools and programs, are welcome to apply for instructor positions; while prior teaching experience is not required, applicants must have a minimum grade point average of 3.4 for these teaching roles. All Teaching Assistant, Teaching Fellow, and Administrative Assistant positions are eligible for currently enrolled UCLA students only. All employment is contingent on eligibility to work for the University.
